The HRIS Specialist role supports the day-to-day administration of all Human Resource data. This role is centered around ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of HR data within the Lawson system. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining employee records, including personal information, job details, compensation, and other HR-related data points. This entails entering, updating, and auditing information to uphold MaineHealth’s commitment to data integrity and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. Moreover, effective communication and problem-solving abilities will enable you to interact with diverse stakeholders and address their data management needs efficiently.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: One year of relevant experience required.
