Statement of Purpose:
Performs a variety of administrative and clerical support services for the efficient operations of the Facilities Management Department (Maintenance, Environmental Services, Transport and Security). Operates under the direction of the Director of Facilities and uses independent judgment in completing activities. Oversee the departments Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), generate Work Orders, and coordinate repairs through the Facilities Project Coordinator for the Department. Maintains and controls all Facilities Department records related to Purchase Orders, Invoices, Utility Usage, Employee Records, and Vendor Information. Receive incoming calls for the Facilities Department and dispatch to the appropriate Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education: Equivalent to Associates Degree in Facilities Management, or equivalent experience in a Healthcare Support Department
Experience: 3-5 years in a Facilities Department environment or other support department. Strong computer skills with various software application. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and/or Meditech is preferred
MRMC Differentials:
Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
