- Design, plan, and execute research that impacts product team immediate roadmaps and long-term strategies.
- Implement multi-method research studies that incorporate both qual and quant methodologies.
- Advocate and guide strategy for design and product direction.
- Collaborate closely with researchers, PMs, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to evaluate experiences, understand user needs, and uncover product opportunities.
- Socialize research within the organization and across the company in innovative and engaging ways.
- 4 years of UX Research-related work experience
- Experience working in B2B and/or B2C environment
- Clear, compelling presentation and communication style
- Demonstrated skills for collaborating closely with other researchers, designers, product managers and engineers
- Deep experience with mixed methods applied across the product development process
