Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed.
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to supervise others.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
