Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution and optimization of our advertising strategy. This role requires high level knowledge of SEO/SEM, keyword research, email marketing, social media marketing, lead generation and retainment, content marketing, and reporting. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with them to promote strategic programs through daily execution.
Essential Job Duties

- Managing the digital marketing calendar
- Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
- Plans, develops, and executes digital programs and campaigns including online advertising e-mail marketing website integration mobile and other digital deliverables. Interfaces with marketing communications team as well as Social Media Web/Digital Content and Public Relations. Leads ongoing management of digital touch points.
- Works closely with marketing communications Content and Creative to develop and execute e-mail marketing campaigns for various external audiences that support the marketing communications and business strategies of Company and its service lines and that meet or exceed industry benchmarks in campaign performance/results.
- Evaluates and successfully implements e-mail marketing technologies including integration with other digital touch points.
- Tracks reports and analyzes digital display paid search/PPC initiatives and e-mail campaigns. Works with Digital/Web team to analyze website traffic and visitor behavior related to these inbound and outbound digital marketing efforts.
- Works with the Digital/Web team to support SEO best practices across all Company digital channels including website social media and mobile.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills Required
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Experience with digital marketing automation software
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
- Proficiency with SEO tools

Work Environment
This position works in an open office setting that is quiet, fast paced, fosters continuous learning while operating under high demand/volume. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Travel
Some travel will be required for this position.
Education and/or Experience Desired
- Minimum of five to ten years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the power tools industry.
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, or equivalent professional institution. Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field degree preferred.
- Additional training such as accredited schools, workshops, and seminars.

Salary : $68,800 - $87,200
