Makk Fashions is hiring a Experienced Retail Associate!
We are a family owned, quickly expanding Boutique with 2 locations and growing. We are looking for a Full Time Retail Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals for our business. Salary plus Commission. Candidates with Retail Sales Experience, Merchandising Experience and who can make customers feel welcome in our stores will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly assist customer needs will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our stores happy and excited to spread the word about their wonderful experience at Makk Fashions.

Essential Duties:
- Greet and direct customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
- Become the fashion consultant for your customers.
- Merchandising - Get creative and have fun with displaying clothing and gifts.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Complete required sales training activities, within schedule.
