What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR ASSISTANT position at Makom?
The ideal candidate will have:
- An associate degree or equivalent of 3 years of equivalent related experience in working in administrative roles in a Human Resources Department.
- Working knowledge of Paycom system preferred or other HRIS preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, database system, and other Human Resources systems.
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision while still being a team player.
- Critical thinking/critical analysis and problem-solving abilities required
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
