We are in search of a Human Resources Manager:
Location - Saginaw, Mi
Salary - 70k
- Has had supervision experience with at least 3 direct reports
- Process/program management
- Self Regulating
- Has had experience and or training with conflict management or de-escalation (union environments preferred but not required)
- Highly organized and able to coordinate between multiple sites with different needs
- Experience in investigation and workman's compensation
- Experience with ADP preferred
- Experience with compensation management, performance management programs
Experience in benefits, self funded is a plus
