Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in motivational interviewing, patient assessment, case management, and clinical research. Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, PTSD care, and art therapy is highly desirable.

Duties:

- Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Offer support and guidance to patients with developmental disabilities
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire positive change
- Incorporate art therapy into treatment plans for holistic care

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing
- Strong understanding of case management principles
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with PTSD care and trauma-informed practices
