What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Coordinator position at MALKA?
MALKA Media is seeking a Production Coordinator with experience coordinating content alongside commercial brands and managing client relationships, delivering unique digital promo content for our commercial productions. We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic
thinker to direct outside agencies/partners and manage all aspects of a campaign from
concept through final delivery, ensuring that all elements conform to the brand.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provides general clerical duties to support the project Producer
- Manage calendars and scheduling
- Assist with the execution of paperwork (Location Agreements, Crew Deal Memos, Rental Agreements, etc), shoot logistics/prep, and post production wrap materials.
- Maintain budgets and track expenses for project(s)
- Work with all departments that contribute to production
- QC-ing captioned content

Requirements
- 2 years of work experience in a client-facing organization or marketing/advertising agency
- A deep understanding of production and post-production processes
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills are required
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong creative and project management skills
- Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to track budgets on projects
- Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite
