About the team

Our goal is creating and improving the overall experience of internal developers when they work with our products, tools, and services. We strive to make it easy and enjoyable for builders to develop new products, having everything they need to build, test and deploy software ultimately improving the quality and speed of development.

What you’ll do

• Care deeply about building better solutions for our customers and each other, about doing something that’s never been done before.
• Actively seek opportunities for improving the Mambu internal developer experienceServe as subject-matter expert for the rest of the team and help them to determine how to implement a better developer experience
• Have a significant impact on how Mambu engineers develop platforms and products
• Define best practices and standardise development flows for engineers across Mambu
• Enable successful adoption of solutions delivered by the team and contribute to innersource initiatives
• Learn new things and share knowledge and best practices to the team and organisation to improve delivery, ensure accessibility and observability of Mambu Cloud Platform.
• Lead and coach team members to the victory, making sure we continuously grow our technical and organisational capabilities.

What you’ll bring

• Experience with building platforms and developer tools or similar technologies
• Track record of influencing adoption across groups and industries
• Programming experience in Typescript, and Python or Go
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terrafrom
• Experience with application observability and alerting on scale
• Open, curious, and ambitious approach to problem-solving and striving for the best solution.
• You have a proven track record of assessing new technologies and making pragmatic choices that help guide us toward a long-term vision

The base salary for this position is €7.290 gross (before taxes) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.For the rest of the locations where we advertise this role, the starting salary will be discussed during the recruitment process.
