Description
Works under the direction and supervision of the Foundation Manager to provide coordination and support services to ensure high standards of quality, consistency and accuracy in fundraising database, campaigns, donor stewardship activities and engagement for the Mammoth Hospital Foundation.
What You'll Do:
- Maintains and updates constituent records in donor database.
- Keeps accurate and timely records of all gifts and interactions in database.
- Handles all gift processing, including scanning and depositing checks, documenting gifts in database and sending appropriate gift acknowledgements.
- Assists with prospect research to determine donors’ giving potential, including planned giving.
- Maintains donor confidentiality.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree required in business administration, philanthropy, public relations, communications, healthcare, liberal arts, or related field or possess certified training in philanthropy.
- 3 years professional experience in philanthropy, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in database management, running queries and reports is preferred.
- Project management, organizational and prioritizing skills, problem solving, and attention to detail are imperative.
Job Information:
- Full-time, day shifts.
- Starting wage $30.91 to $33.10 based on qualifications.
