This is a unique sales position available for the right candidate. We seek a highly driven and ambitious sales associate who can join our business by researching, pursuing leads, cold calling, and bringing in prospective new customers.

As our Sales Associate, you will develop new business prospects, get past gatekeepers, and advance to decision-makers. Be the primary point of contact for new business processes through the beginning stages of the bidding process.

Requirements

Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media (mainly LinkedIn), and networking.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new prospects including company gatekeepers
Stay up to date with our service offerings and industry trends to articulate our value propositions to potential clients accurately.
Leverage Salesforce to streamline the sales process, including CRM systems, presentation tools, and communication platforms
Conduct meetings and presentations with clients as needed to build trust.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and forecasts
Collaborate closely with the operations teams for research and strategizing
Provide ideas and feedback to marketing and product teams to help refine and optimize strategies
1-5 years of sales experience
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
