Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for researching and reconciling customer disputes, payments, credits and invoices.
This position will handle high volume transactions which requires fast decision making and a self starter requiring minimal supervision.
This position will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls as well as emailing customers quickly. It is equally important to demonstrate the ability to handle customer questions and be able to help lead them to a resolution.
Education:
Associates Degree in Business or a related field. Bachelors Preferred.
1-2 Years of Experience.
The customer is a nicotine free work place and will require nicotine testing, as well as a drug screen and physical when required.
