Do you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy interacting with people? Mancan is working with a company in Mount Hope seeking a well-organized receptionist. This will be a temporary position, lasting between 3 to 6 months with the possibility of extension. The pay is $20 per hour and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. This role serves as the welcoming face of our company, while also providing crucial support in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to handle a range of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities:
Guest Greeting and Relations:
- Offer a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Provide information about the company, direct guests to appropriate contacts, and maintain a tidy reception area.
Candidate Screening:
- Collaborate with the HR team to schedule and confirm interview appointments for candidates.
- Ensure candidates are directed to the right locations and provide necessary instructions for the interview process.
Personnel File Scanning:
- Scan and organize personnel files and other confidential documents into electronic records.
Company Event Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
Telephone Operations:
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Handle external inquiries, provide information, and assist callers courteously and professionally.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Support office organization by ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach.
