Mandy’s Farm is a nonprofit organization that assists individuals with Developmental Disabilities to achieve goals for living, learning, and working in the community.
Mandy's Farm is looking to hire a full time job developer immediately. Job developers work closely with a caseload of individuals with disabilities who want to get a job! Job developers are responsible for helping their clients identify, develop, and achieve their employment goals, and ultimately carve out a long-term career path.
*$500 SIGN ON BONUS AND $500 REFERRAL BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS*
GENERAL DUTIES
-Management of a caseload of approximately 20 clients
-Supporting clients to look and apply for jobs
-Outreach to local employers and businesses
-Attendance to local networking events
-Completing skills assessments for clients
-Completing progress notes, monthly reporting, and other paperwork as required
-Assist clients in practicing interview and professionalism skills
-Assist clients in writing resumes and cover letters
-Attending local job fairs
-Providing job coaching for clients upon placement
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must:
- Adopt Mandy’s Farm mission statement and values;
- Be highly motivated and able to self-manage;
- Be solutions focused & detail oriented;
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrate exemplary multi-tasking and time management skills;
- Be over the age of 21;
- Have completed Bachelors or Associates degree (experience may be accepted in lieu of education);
- Have valid NM driver’s license and current car insurance;
- Applicants must have a minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities in employment services; or 2 years’ experience applicable experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Applicant required to complete PFE’s College of Employment Services program and become a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) within 12 months of start day
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19; religious or medical exemptions may be considered with weekly testing.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
