Job Description
Successful applicants will join a team dedicated to quality assurance and patient care coordination within a rapidly growing multispecialty practice in Manhattan. This individual will play a crucial role in the delivery of healthcare services.
- Role will require reconciliation of all physician orders set forth from the practice to ensure proper receipt review as part of quality assurance aftercare program
- Ensures proper maintenance and integrity of conventional and computer-aided records and information
- Reviews dashboards and reports to make sure follow up care is coordinated in timely fashion
- Ensuring physician schedule optimization and confirmation among multiple specialty lines
- Virtually assisting of physicians as needed with tasks necessary to facilitate patient care
- Addressing and resolving practice correspondence from patients and insurers in order to facilitate care
- Determines potential causes and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Engages the Medical Director and other stakeholders throughout the organization to build quality, efficiency, and shared responsibility regarding quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understanding of analytical methods and statistical applications
Compensation:
50K-60K commensurate with experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year relevant experience in quality improvement or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a muliti-disciplary, fast paced environment
- Experience with electronic health records desired
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
