ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR II

All these stylin hats are a fashionable match for the shoes youll walk in as you develop and maintain relationships with our customers and external business partners.
Manheim, part of the Cox Automotive family of businesses, is looking for an Account Administrator, a powerful admin advocate that will use their powers for good - organizing, managing, and supporting the daily operations of the worlds largest wholesale auto marketplace.
What Youll Do
So, about those hats. There are a lot of them, but theyre fun to wear, and you look great in them. Heres a peek at what youll get to do when you suit up as a Manheim Account Administrator:
- Youll develop and manage relationships with internal and external business partners, and youll assist with auction operations from start to finish, right up to notifying customers of the latest news.
Youll assist with coordination and execution of sale day activities.
- Youll input vital vehicle info into the Application System /400 and database.
Youll establish, update, verify, and maintain vehicle and pricing files.
Youll team up with our title department to ensure that titles and other must-have documents are in-hand for each vehicle before auction.
Youll use your eagle eye for details to manage vehicle inventory reports, investigate errors, and verify sale eligibility.
Youll partner with departments to prepare and notify customers of the sale run process.
Youll follow up on sale vehicle prep, reconcile bills, contact appropriate partners for missing info and issues to ensure smooth auction operations.
- Youll communicate with our accounting team to balance sale and perform post-sale invoicing as needed.
Youll provide administrative/clerical support, and assist with special projects, admin support, and graphics requests.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
2 years administrative or general office experience.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work with all management levels.
Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, view and read computer screens, perform repetitive data entry, and manual dexterity.
Able to work outside occasionally in varying weather conditions, tolerate high noise levels and ongoing car exhaust fumes.
