Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of local business and HR strategies for the designated area.
Ensure implementation of HR strategies supporting local business objectives and introduce local initiatives aligned with HR strategies.
Advise and assist the local Management Team in HR policy matters.
Manage various HR functions including recruitment, training, leadership development, and compensation.
Establish and implement a local labor relations policy according to business needs.
Stay updated on legal changes in employment regulations and ensure compliance.
Drive employee and organizational change and development initiatives.
Collaborate on corporate, regional, or local projects and represent the company in HR matters with relevant authorities.
Maintain effective internal communication and share best practices within the HR community.
Manage cost budgeting and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Sciences, Organizational Management, Psychology/Social Sciences, or related.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) certification
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
Competencies in achievement orientation, customer focus, organizational effectiveness, people development, strategic orientation/initiative, and team leadership.
Demonstrated empathy, analytical thinking, and organizational awareness.
Proficiency in HR ADP (Automatic Data Processing) and MS Office.
HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) savvy with the ability to utilize HRIS systems effectively.
Strategic leadership skills.
Fluent in employment/labor relations.
International work experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
