We’re Hiring an experienced Marketing CRM Specialist!

Are you skilled in:

• Effectively managing and using a CRM and Marketing Automation platform? 
• Establishing workflows and standards for entering data in a CRM?
• Spotting ways to improve the usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks?
• Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology?
• Managing CRM vendor relationships to maximize relationship?
• Creating engaging, relevant, and customized campaign and journey content for a variety of audiences?
• Providing superior user support and encouraging adoption of the CRM?
• Customizing and pulling marketing reports from a CRM?
• Analyzing reports and data to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to?
• Working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment?
• Effectively communicating status updates in a timely manner? 

The Marketing CRM Specialist is responsible for managing the ongoing implementations and training of the CRM and marketing automation platform, campaign strategies, and other marketing solutions to aid our Branches and Loan Officers drive business in their local markets. Will work closely with compliance and vendor management to ensure Corporate enterprise accounts are set up accurately and efficiently. Will collaborate with various teams within the Company to identify social media, website, and advertising needs, requests, and solutions; ensuring content is consistent and compliant.

2-3 years of experience in a Marketing role is preferred. Experience with CRM software such as TotalExpert, SalesForce, Hubspot, Pipeliner, or Big Purple Dot and email marketing is required. Mortgage, financial, or banking industry experience is highly desired. Experience with TotalExpert is a plus!
