Provide onsite (Largo, Florida) accounting (payroll, ar, ap etc.) and full-scale HR function management (inclusive of compliance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and recruitment) for a specialty electrical contractor (less than 50 employees, physical presence in 3 States and work in over 20 states). This position requires knowledge breadth and depth. It will be a blend of tactical and managerial activities.


Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, Voluntary Short Term Disability, 401k, 20 PTO days/year, 8 paid holidays. Business hours 9:00-5:00 with a paid lunch break.

Requirements

  • BS in HR, Labor Relations, Accounting, Business Administration or related or comparable experience
  • 2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions with an Engineering, Construction or related company of similar size or larger
  • 3 years of payroll experience, including prevailing wage and certified payroll experience
  • Experience with an ERP solution (example Sage, ComputerEase)
  • Job costing experience
  • Experience with an end to end HRIS system including ATS, Payroll, Learning Management, Performance Management (Paylocity, ADP etc.)
  • Excellent excel and reporting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
