Our client, a Globally Recognized Tier 1 Automotive supplier, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team and lead the continued growth and improvement. The Plant Human Resources Manager will coordinate and direct the strategic support and administrative functions of the site, managing a local team and will coordinate strategic plans with executives, oversee full-cycle recruiting, etc. There is the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities both locally and corporately.

- Implement global and regional 8 HR strategy, adapting as necessary
- Implements global and regional policies & programs
- Anticipates recruitment needs in advance in order to ensure adequate staffing in terms of quantity and quality; responsible for local staffing needs (permanent and temporary)
- Confirms fair and competitive compensation
- Manages aspects such as productivity, profitability and job satisfaction for teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, advanced degree preferred
- Senior level 8 experience in manufacturing HR

- Working knowledge of US labor laws and employment laws (ADA, FLSA, FMLA)
