What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Mansfield Oil Company?
* Retain existing/base customers and grow new business
* Strong focus on customer business development
* Achieve or exceed new and existing customer call targets via the telephone and other means of electronic communication
* Work closely with outside direct sales team and vendor reps
* Perform aggressive cold calling and marketing via the telephone
* Establish and maintain customer relationships by introducing new products, selling and upgrading regular products and informing customers of any promotions
* Utilize product knowledge to provide technical assistance to customers and assist them in identifying and qualifying (if necessary) products to meet their needs
* Informs management of sales activity by submitting periodic reports such as call logs, monthly highlights, converted and lost accounts
* Monitor sales reports for trends needing explanation and possible intervention
* Continually updates customer account profiles (including contact information, contract status, pricing levels, calls, sales and evaluation histories)
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
* Develop and track key performance indicators and compile and analyze data in order to determine growth opportunities
* Implement our programs and upsell to customers and prospects
* Responsive to the needs of internal and external customers with sense of urgency and commitment to follow up
* Coordinate between customers, customer service center, and operations to improve customer/company relations
* Ethically and professionally represent Mansfield Energy, our products and programs to customers and prospects
* Lead Generation-Perform aggressive due diligence and continuously develop/communicate fresh NBD leads to Outside sales team
