The Role
As a Business Development Representative, your role is to identify and engage with potential leads or prospects through both outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up activities to create sales opportunities. You must leverage excellent communication skills, product knowledge, business acumen, and operational skills to both generate leads and turn them into opportunities. As a member of a small, agile go-to-market team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from experienced team members while being a key contributor to Mantle’s growth.
Specific Responsibilities Include
- Prospect into target accounts via thorough research and personalized outreach
- Follow up with inbound leads, educate them regarding Mantle’s technology and value proposition, and qualify leads so they can become new sales opportunities for Mantle
- Engage with Mantle’s contact base to create opportunities
- Conduct initial calls and meetings with prospective customers
- Become a subject matter expert on Mantle’s technology and value proposition

The pay range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 on-target-earnings per year and is commensurate with experience relative to the position. The position also includes stock options that are subject to vesting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, skills, and location.
