Many Mansions currently has one On-site Property Manager position available in Simi Valley.

The Community Manager is required to live on-site. A one bedroom apartment will be provided.

The Community Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property and the day to day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained building and ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state and local laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Low-income housing community management: 2 years (Required)
  • Affordable Housing: 2 years (Required)
  • Section 8 and/or Tax Credit: 1 year (Required)
  • Yardi, Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bilingual English - Spanish Preferred (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • California Driver License (Required)
  • ARM, CPM, CAM, CAPS or SCHAM Certificate (Preferred)
