Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Fabricate and install parts as needed - Supervise contractors when necessary - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment - Proficiency in reading electrical schematics - Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed - Familiarity with logic controllers and other industrial control systems - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Customer service-oriented mindset Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Retirement savings plan with employer match - Paid time off and holidays If you have the skills and qualifications required for this position, we encourage you to apply.
