Job Description
Marathon TS is seeking a Tier II Application Support SME to work in our Morrisville, NC office.
Job Description:
Tasks:
- Provide Tier-2 user support for LiteBlue users, to include problem resolution and problem escalation for LiteBlue logon issues.
- Interface and work with EAMS HQ to resolve user login issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and MFA resets as needed.
- Issues and incident support shall include but not limited to:
- MFA factors Reset
Required Skills:
- Knowledge/Experience of multifactor authenticators.
- Experience/Knowledge on Service Now tool.
- Experience on Windows OS based hardware.
- Experience on mobile devices.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails and coordinate with partners (HR, PinDB and EAMS HQ) as required for MFA resets.
Desired Skills:
- Already Postal cleared (US Government Client background investigation complete).
