Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Run PLACE lead generation systems every week
• Talk to potential buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and find suitable homes
• Negotiate offers for your clients
• Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses every month
• Turn your prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
• Practice scripts weekly as per team guidelines
• Join team activities as per team guidelines
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
• Talk to sellers, convert them into listings, and promote their homes
• Showcase your expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

You're a motivated sales pro who loves a good challenge. You're great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions. You're a master at finding new potential customers and handling any objections that come your way. Communication and top-notch service are your top priorities.
