Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Sales Manager for the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
We are seeking a commercial real estate professional with 3 to 5 years of sales and/or leasing experience. Candidate must have a passion to lead and develop emerging brokers. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
The desire to coach, mentor and lead other commercial real estate agents is a must.

\n- Transactional experience in all facets of the brokerage continuum, including: Business Development, Marketing, Contracts, Negotiations, Escrow, Deal Management and Finance.
- Consultative and cooperative management approach in working with the Division Manager and local staff.
- Proactive leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
- The ability to identify, attract and recruit new and experienced agents.
- Passion and desire to train, coach and mentor agents in a collaborative and competitive environment.
