We are looking for a motivated and dependable Restaurant Supervisor to help create fun and escapism in our Fins Restaurant located at the Margaritaville Property of the Year - the Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge. Located on The Island, the hotel has 132 rooms and suites, Spa, Rooftop Pool with a Bar and a new Fins Restaurant.
Position Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor assists the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff. Performs duties of all positions within the department including serving, bartending, bussing, greeting, expediting. Resolves Team Member and guest-related situations. Acts as a Restaurant Manager when required. Experience in hosting, serving and cashiering is required. Must possess working knowledge of computer terminal and cash register operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1-2 year’s prior supervisory experience, prior hotel F&B restaurant experience or related education strongly preferred
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers & Team Members.
· Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task
· Prior cash handling & experience with POS systems
· ABC license or ability to obtain one required
· Able to work AM and PM Shifts; including weekends & holidays
