This position will be responsible for the strategy, planning, buying, and executing of digital media campaigns on digital/social media platforms, with a specialty and focus on Google and SEO-related digital marketing tactics.
- Build and execute digital and social media advertising campaigns through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns within the given ads manager(s) environments.
- Manage multiple clients in various markets.
- Document performance and make recommendations to the Senior Director of Digital Media and Director of Digital Media
- Develop reports and update monthly metrics spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
- Communicate needs to appropriate departments based on campaign/ad account performance.
- Leverage data to inform creative direction
- Assist the Digital Strategist and Social/Account Management team with day-to-day content management.
- Continuation to learn and grow with the ever-changing guidelines and regulations in the digital marketing industry as it pertains to media buying and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Two years experience in digital marketing (previous agency experience preferred but not required)
- Proven experience with Google Ads and SEO is required
- Familiarity with other ads manager platforms (ie Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.)
- Data analytics background is highly desired
- Google and Meta certifications are a bonus
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Proven success running both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
- Strong background in social media (professional use desired, personal use also important)

This is a full-time exempt position. Workdays will require flexibility and a sense of urgency to meet customers’ needs. This is an agency and with that comes the understanding that at times nights and weekends may be needed to meet client deadlines. Must be able to productively work remote as well as in-office. Ideal candidate is located in/near Milwaukee but open to virtual if the right candidate comes along.
No heavy lifting except by your brain. This position may require an employee to be in a seated position for periods of time in an environment with the noise level of an average office.
