Woodlawn’s Landscape Company, a Mariani Family of Companies is seeking a confident, motivated individual to manage the landscape of the most beautiful and elite buildings/sites in Chicago/Northwest Suburbs. This individual will manage client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts, monitor production processes, and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications
- Possess a love for landscaping and customer interactions
- Previous horticulture or high-touch sales experience required
- Experience in the green industry/landscape industry required
- Valid driver's license and insurability on the company's insurance policy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in company estimating software; experience with Aspire or BOSS is a plus
- Effective presentation and sales skills
- Meet annual sales goals
- Establish and maintain relationships quickly
- Ensure timely issue resolution and professional client interface
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Process enhancements accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with subcontractors and company operations managers
- Update CRM software daily with relevant information
- Manage the entire contract process from initial contact with clients to job coordination with production and accounting personnel
