Primary Objective:
Manage the Hot Foods department to ensure an unprecedented quality food experience for the customers: to promote sales ad to achieve profit margins and labor goals by focusing on quality and freshness.
Essential Responsibilities:
Essential responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Welcomes, serves and assist customers to provide excellent customer service in the department. We seek managers who will ensure their team members are well trained to open and close and provide foods for the hot bar, in alignment with our standard operating procedures. We seek managers who can write schedules to match customer traffic and ensure proper staffing at peak times. The right candidate will maintain an organized backroom and cooler to receive daily deliveries.
