Core Duties & Responsibilities:
The Manager, National Fulfillment position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Warehouse and Inventory Management and be responsible for supporting the Mark Anthony brands business on the following operational fronts:
Oversight and execution of fulfillment process (30%)
- Allocate orders to warehouses based on inventory on hand and scheduled production
- Ensure that we maintain 10 days forward planning on all orders
- Maintain 100% of orders shipped on time and in full
- Ensure timely pipeline inventory coverage on new and promotional items
- Hold strong working relationship with transportation companies that haul intra site shuttles
Review and manage product availability issues (25%)
- Communicate with customer service on product issues
- Ensure that we are pointing orders based on aged inventory with cost in mind
- Work with production planning team to derive solutions to minimize risk when inventory issues arise
- Identify alternate ship from locations and move orders to inventory
- Accurate deployment of product with critical availability
- Monitor inventory weeks of supply aged inventory and productivity reporting
Team management (25%)
- Maintain regular communication and concise direction for fulfillment team
- Set goals for each team member that align with the fulfillment team goals
- Create and maintain personal development plans for each of your team members
- Hold team members accountable for brand level execution
Ad hoc Support (20%)
- Own the reporting function for all fulfillment related activities
- Key point of contact for the National Forecast Manager & Supply Planning teams
- Support of Logistics Team in regard to on-going continuous improvement projects
- Ensure that we are pointing orders based on aged inventory with cost in mind
Qualifications & Requirements:
- College degree in engineering, operations, supply chain desired, but not required.
- 3-5 Years experience
- Direct experience leading a team; with cost-quality-speed KPIs known by heart
- Candidate should demonstrate flexibility, be willing to wear many hats and be hands on
- Ability to travel 5%-15%

Salary : $87,000 - $110,000
