- Strategize and lead execution of campaigns to meet pipeline and revenue goals through various inbound and outbound channels from email and events to paid, social, and search to acquire top of funnel demand and optimize performance to revenue through the funnel.
- Initially build and over time manage a team that builds, manages and refines target audience contact database and develop email campaigns to promote relevant demand generation programs such as upcoming trade shows, own events, webinars, as well as product land company updates
- Segment audiences based on behaviors, like past email engagement, website interaction, event attendance, and develop strategies to nurture prospects into qualified leads.
- Support sales leaders in the execution of in-person and virtual events, including invitation, post-event communications, event logistics and marketing operations surrounding Own reporting and monthly, quarterly, and annual funnel metrics to share with business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with with Brand, Content, and Product teams to ensure aligned and impactful communications
- Influence and lead demand marketing and operations talent to execute a variety of campaigns and to facilitate meeting the revenue goals of the business
- Own and execute demand generation activities included, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy (gated content offers), and more.
- Develop reporting on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and identify key challenges and priorities.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, and data to develop a coordinated strategy and campaign execution for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Partner with our Operation and Marketing teams to manage and better utilize our go-to-market systems (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and competency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS selling models, volume segments and account-based marketing strategies.
- Track record of producing high quality leads that result in meaningful pipelines for growth oriented businesses
- Proven track record of hitting aggressive growth goals by leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics, expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
- Experience with reporting/analytics and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with funnel math and sales forecasting a plus.
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit to create a program that will have a major impact on the company’s success is key.
- Detail-oriented, problem solver with good judgment and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 6 years' relevant experience
- Experience with Value Selling Methodology
- Must be able to manage complex relationships with customers and within the company.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Basic financial understanding of operating P/L a plus.
- Analytical skills to work through complex issues in all areas of the business.
- Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Ability to travel as required: Minimum of 25%.
