HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
We are seeking a hardworking, behind-the-scenes collaborator to join our HR TEAM!
As the Human Resources (HR) Assistant, you will support and assist the VP of HR and HR Director with a variety of tasks/activities in a helpful, compassionate and friendly manner.
As part of the HR TEAM, you will:
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records
Maintain accurate and up-to date files, records and documentation
Adhere to and support adherence to company Core Values, policies, state/federal labor laws
Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees
Support recruiting, on-boarding, community action and special event activities
Perform multifaceted general office/administrative tasks

Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal written)
Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, net-savvy, etc.)

Experience:
Associate degree in related field (preferred)
Previous experience in an administrative role and/or HR environment (2-3 years preferred)
Bi-lingual a plus
