Market Leader is looking for a leader! A leader to manage and own the success of current and new customers.
The Account Manager’s role is to help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, product adoption and customer retention. The role will be responsible for an individual Book of Business focused on customer payment survival and lifetime value. You will be responsible for inbound churn requests (call/e-mail) via queue for all customers, reaching out to new customers, as well assisting with collecting outstanding balances. The role is a revenue role with monthly retention targets and provides variable compensation based off these monthly targets. Each Account Manager at Market Leader owns a portion of the entire Book of Business consisting of customers in and out of contract.
Account Manager, Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy to assigned book of business that maintains high customer satisfaction through scheduled appointments, demos, and phone calls.
- Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map how Market Leader helps solve their problems.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Market Leader, specifically understanding the importance of lead generation and pipeline management for a real estate agent
- Effectively handle and react to common objections from customers while maintaining composure
- Proactively manage your schedule, Book of Business, and pipeline, to meet milestones and objectives.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by providing internal feedback on how we can maximize customer value and resolve customer concerns with urgency.
- Work with team members to assist and resolve client requests or cancellation inquiries.

Salary Range:
The pay rate for this role in the United States is $20 per hour. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation:
Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan.

Time off:
