**Position Overview:**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of service professionals to achieve our business goals. This will be a hands on working service manager role for up to the first two months as we hire a full time technician. **Key Responsibilities:**
Manage day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to service technicians and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
Help with jobs hands on with your experience.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to enhance service offerings and address customer needs.
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to service management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,619.18 - $63,369.33 per year
