Job Summary: As the Director of AI & Digital Marketing, you will oversee our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring that they not only meet but exceed client expectations. This role involves strategic leadership, team management, deep engagement in AI-driven marketing techniques, and a strong focus on delivering measurable results through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that incorporate AI and analytics to enhance decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and consistently delivering value-added solutions.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and measurement of complex marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
AI Integration: Champion the integration of AI technologies to refine targeting, improve customer segmentation, and personalize marketing efforts at scale.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced analytics to interpret data, adjust strategies, and report on campaign performance with the goal of optimizing ROI.
Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in digital marketing and AI, applying this knowledge to benefit clients and enhance agency offerings.
Performance Reporting: Regularly provide insightful and detailed reports on campaign performance, strategic insights, and other key metrics to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Budget and Resource Management: Efficiently manage budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum campaign impact and profitability.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including significant experience with AI and analytics tools.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and reporting results to various stakeholders.
Proficient in digital marketing platforms and technologies, with a keen understanding of current industry practices and standards.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
