About the Sales Manager - Sage:
MarketStar has an opening for a Program Manager to join us on our sales team for Sage Intacct, a leading cloud-based financial management solution. Our team of Sales Development Representatives will be qualifying leads and setting up meetings for new deal opportunities. You will have direct responsibility for the management and sales enablement team, but ultimately will need to deliver profitable growth and achieve revenue goals.
Location: Remote (US)
What will you do?
- Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management
- Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies
- Ensure team achieves client sales targets as required weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Identify market trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure performance and program strategy is optimized
- Administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices
- Use Salesforce.com and several analytics reports to manage quality, productivity, and measure success against goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in sales or closely related business field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in sales leadership or account management leadership
- Knowledge of accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures
- Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to present concepts and ideas to various audiences
- Able to learn quick and excel in a team environment
