The Director of Security will oversee security personnel, ensuring the site is properly staffed and officers are trained and motivated. The Director of Security will also work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives set forth by Marksman Security and the association.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in corrections, law enforcement, military security, account management
armed or unarmed guard/officer experience and or other related fields.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Supervision of security staff members at multiple properties throughout DFW.
Ensure all posts are staffed with qualified, trained personnel and the client is constantly updated.
Reviews payroll and schedules via scheduling software (Training provided).
Conducts and schedules consist training sessions with the security staff as necessary to maintain and/or improve proficiency.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Must be computer literate and have the ability to understand and fully use associated hardware/software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented management environment and to help identify and solve problems.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with security professionals, supervisors, clients, and customers. (Ability to deal with internal and external customers and ensure compliance)
Successfully perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as requested and/or required.
Reinforce post orders and emergency procedures; update regularly.
Participates in weekly/monthly meetings with customers/clients and internal/external management team.
Winteam and TrackTik experience perferred
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a Level II Non-Commisoned Security License
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attentive to detail
Must be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
