Job Description
This Salesforce CPQ Developer has responsibilities to support current customized salesforce.cominstance including covering the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing, and documentation, and also communicating with Biz users with deep salesforce knowledge.

- As part of our SFDC Maintenance Team, help support 700 users in a highly-customized and growing SFDC Org.
- Support CPQ related to user requests with CPQ Knowledge and experience
- Building a solid relationship with the business and all its users
- Manage timelines and customer expectations
- Review developed custom LWC/Aura components APEX classes, tests, triggers, and Visualforce pages, applying design patterns to control code execution, avoid runtime limits, and remain bulk-safe.
- Design to be process based on user requirement, high performing (i.e., user-oriented, fast, efficient, extensible, scalable) Salesforce and Salesforce-integrated applications following best practices and using the latest technologies.
- Creates requirements definition documentation, including use cases, and functional specifications to capture business needs and for validation with the customer and share with project stakeholders.
- Creates workflow diagrams to document current and future business environments.
- Identifies and resolves problems that may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status. Escalates important issues to the attention of Management so that decisions can be made promptly.
- Build standard coding practices, keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and documented.
- Communicates in written, oral, and presentation formats to best represent and express user and organizational requirements to audiences up to mid-level management.

Qualifications
- At least 4 years SFDC CPQ Administrator/Development Experience
- Proficient Understanding SFDC CPQ Process/Feature
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Developer Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Steel brick (CPQ Tool) experience is required
- A Strong Interface between SFDC and Legacy Experience is required
- Service Cloud experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to develop business requirements and translate them into a dimensional model
- Proficient in successfully implementing new technologies.
- Managing internal Tasks/Project Schedule and Report to relevant member
- Thorough understanding of the AGILE development lifecycle
- Ability to conceptualize current requirements against future plans
