Marquee Brands is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive the performance marketing strategy, project management and growth planning for the BCBG retail e-commerce website (bcbg.com). Channel management include: paid search, display, paid social, SEO and affiliate.

Here’s what you will do here
- Partner with digital marketing agencies to drive strategy and execution of all digital performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, SEO, and affiliate channels
- Develop strategies that drive qualified customers to the website
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reporting with key insights and actionable recommendations
- Work with internal creative teams on best practices in copy and creative
- KPI focused to meet both performance & CRM goals (ex: LTV)
- Partner with agencies to drive testing strategy to optimize performance
- Partner with brand marketing to drive strategic digital media buys, execution and reporting
- Clearly share feedback and key take aways of digital marketing efforts into regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Develop annual & monthly Ecommerce forecast and budget, including traffic, sales, conversion and AOV
- Agility to reforecast and make strategic shifts as needed
- Stays abreast of current digital marketing trends, consumer insight, Ecommerce technology
You’re going to need this to carry out this job
- 3 years marketing experience
- Working knowledge of backend digital platforms
- Collaborative team player
- Google analytics experience a must
- Facebook business manager experience a must
- Fashion Retail experience a plus
- Shopify experience a plus
- Must have a positive, team player attitude and able to multitask
