Seeking enthusiastic, confident & reliable front desk personnel to work 3rd shift (8pm-4:30am and 11pm-7:30am. Must be able to work both shifts) This candidate represents the hotel throughout all stages of the guest's stay, determines a guests reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. They are also responsible for helping guests by accommodating special requests whenever possible and assigns guests room.

Other job responsibilities include:

Verifying the guest's method of payment.

Following established check in/out procedures.

Placing guests and room information in the appropriate areas and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel.

Run audit hotel revenue on a daily basis.

Verify the correctness of guest accounts by balancing each department’s income and allowances.

Verify room rates and close out guest accounts upon completion of stay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour
