Canvassing Team Leader

MARS Restoration is looking to hire an Outside Marketing (Canvassing) Team Lead for our Clinton, MD location. Team leads are responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies to effectively meet goals, train, manage and lead outside marketing teams. Our Outside Marketing Team Leads will use our proven sales model and previous canvassing experience to generate leads in areas directly impacted by storms. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule with weekends as needed. Hours are 11am-7pm weekdays and 9am-2pm on Saturday. Pay for this position is $20 per hour bonus. The average weekly pay $1,500 . Must have Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving record. Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

-Learn script prior to start date

-Willing to canvass for 30 days to demonstrate skills and techniques

-Consistently generate 12-15 leads per week with a minimum of 5 demos scheduled

-Engage potential clients using strong public speaking skills and sales techniques to confidently present information

-Strong market awareness and understanding of client preferences

-Directly assisting Marketing Director as needed

- Other duties and responsibilities as described by management

Qualified Candidates will:

-Possess Management or Team Lead experience

-Present an outgoing and personable demeanor

-Be at least 18 years of age

-Be able to pass a background check

-Possess outstanding communication skills

-Be driven and self-motivated

-Possess reliable transportation, as dependable attendance is required

-Previous canvassing experience (1 yr)

-Valid Driver's Liscence and clean Driving Record
