What are the responsibilities and job description for the GTM Support Lead position at Mars?
Job Description:
As the GTM Support Lead you play a critical role on the team providing end user support. You own the support ticket system and identify continuous improvements based on ticket trends. You work closely with Process Experts, Functional Experts, and the GTM Team Lead to ensure process documentation is maintained and provide training to associates so they have a working knowledge of the GTM process and systems landscape.
What are we looking for?
BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Business, Systems Applications or Data related field plus 5 years experience with CPG company within a Supply Chain or similar operational function, with focus on data, analytics, and enterprise processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
Skilled at facilitating and training necessary process and system related material.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Ownership of the GTM Support Ticket system (SNOW), its maintenance and CIP’s.
Triage, classify, and assign the GTM Support Tickets.
Analyze ticket data to identify potential training and continuous improvement opportunities.
Deliver GTM training to End Users
Manage the storage and maintenance of all training documentation.
Develop and publish OL communications
Gain an expert understanding of the GTM process and the system(s) which underpin the process, including an awareness of how all the transactions for a functional area operate and their interactions with other functions. (OL, Veritas, MDG, Atlas)
Champion for GTM principles, including acceptance of process and standards.
