Retention and Deal Strategy Analyst

We will count on you to:
- Research and analysis of pricing and profitability of various products and services, including:
- Internal cost of sales analysis
- Internal business pricing analysis
- Line of business sales growth and retention analysis
- Billing rate card development for the field, based on geography and line of business
- Competitive research and analysis
- Support in preparation of Client Value Report Presentations (i.e., Business Case – Stewardship Reports)
- Commercial Team Scorecard maintenance and updates
- Ad hoc analytical support (data/reports) to Consultants and/or Commercial Team members, such as:
- Sensitivity analysis
- Scenario
- Product/solution
- Sales
- Win rates
- Office/growth team
- Billable time
- Vendor
- Training participation & feedback
- Billing audits
- Pricing models
- Scope reconciliation
- Prompt pay
- Growth
- Discount/retention
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or similar degree (preference for an analytics-based degree)
- Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics, including sales analytics, client profitability and pricing
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with senior executives, clients and staff
- Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
