Sales Support & Communications Specialist

- A business communicator responsible for the development of sales and marketing materials, including but not limited to presentations, collateral and speaker notes
- Partner with client-facing (sales) to understand market dynamics and the audience, while leveraging technical insights to deliver high-quality engaging content
- Works alongside senior level, highly experienced colleagues to share ideas, support thought leadership and interpret complex business solutions to develop sales proposals and collateral material.
- Designing, editing and formatting information in a variety of PowerPoint and MS Office templates; from day-to-day project material, to high-profile pitch or conference presentations.

We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate development of content and materials (heavy PowerPoint support) for client-specific opportunities and key strategic initiatives
- Draft content and presentations, as well as proofread and copyedit content written by others, to ensure it meets established guidelines and is consistent with our communications strategy and objectives
- Attend meetings and planning sessions, as requested, take notes and draft communications based on assignments from those meetings
- Identify and provide recommendations for new content opportunities, as well as ways to repurpose/enhance existing content across mediums
What you need to have:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experiencing in marketing and/or developing sales and marketing presentations and collateral or equivalent in experience or demonstrated capabilities
- Demonstrates excellence in written and oral communication to effectively present new concepts and drive outcomes
- Extensive PowerPoint and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience, as well as some Excel working knowledge, including interpreting the work of diverse subject matter experts to develop cohesive final outputs
