Position Overview: The Director of Nursing will organize and oversee all nursing operations with current federal, state and local standard guidelines and regulations. We are looking for a hardworking team player who has a strong understanding of skilled nursing facility regulations and board of nursing practices. Ideal candidate will have management experience and organizational skills to maintain and update nursing procedures manual.
Job Duties:
- Must be organized and possess effective verbal and written communication with residents, their families, medical professionals, and facility staff in a confidential and professional manner.
- Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel to ensure compliance in all areas.
- Plan, organize and direct the overall clinical operations to provide care for the residents in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain current knowledge of all state and federal health regulations and maintain the appropriate documents.
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting of applicable events to state agencies. Ensure state and federal quality standards are upheld. Educate and maintain compliance and readiness for state survey.
Job Requirements:
Education: ADN or BSN
License: must have a current and in good standing Registered Nurse license in the state of Oklahoma issued by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
Certification: CPR certification
Experience:
- Nursing: 3 years (required)
- Nurse Management: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
