Customer Service Representative
Job Posting for Customer Service Representative at Marshall Home Corporation
Marshall Home & Garden is looking to hire customer service personnel. We are looking for someone who is organized and competent with standard office computer software. This position requires responding to customer questions, inputting orders and answering wholesale customer inquires.
The ability to travel to industry tradeshows is beneficial but not required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Take and enter orders from customers via phone, email, website, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone and email.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
- Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their orders.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
